Leah Vanderveldt is the food editor at health and wellness website, MindBodyGreen, where she writes and develops whole-food recipes and edits content about nutrition, health, and cultivating a positive relationship with food. She began her career in publishing at Condé Nast, working for both Vogue and Vanity Fair. When she moved to Sydney, Australia, Leah worked as a copy editor for lifestyle and design magazine Home Beautiful, where she focused on the entertaining and recipes sections. After teaching herself to cook through trial and error, Leah has managed to find clever ways to maximize flavour in dishes while focusing on plant-based whole foods. Her cooking inspiration ranges from her travels in Australia and Europe, to the more local flavours of her childhood home on Long Island, New York, and her dad’s fishing boat. She is certified in Culinary Nutrition from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, where she learned to unite nutrition theory with practical techniques in the kitchen. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Fabian, who conveniently loves washing dishes.

Shipping: Is currently with An Post. Standard delivery takes 2 - 3 days from receipt of confirmed orders (received by 12.30pm), within Ireland but will take longer for Europe, USA etc. Please note at busier times of the year standard delivery can take longer. Delivery charge is 6.95. Orders placed before 1pm are shipped out that day. If for some reason you have not received your delivery please contact me by email at [email protected] I will have a tracking number for all items sent with An Post.
Refund Policy
All items are inspected and packed with care, if for some reason you are unhappy with your items, please contact me at [email protected] . You must return items within 14 days of receipt of same and must be unused and in the same condition as received in all original packaging. An returns back to us must be paid for and tracked by you and we can not accept and responsibility or liability for it. If unsure and need clarification prior to any return please send all information by email: [email protected]

All must be in the same condition as it was leaving Precious Gifts, complete and in its original packaging. Any refund due will be less the original delivery cost.
