Affirmation self-care Pack
This Affirmation Pack contains everything you need to remind yourself of your self worth and reinforce your belief in your self and your abilities.
It contains many cards of different shapes and sizes, all handmade by myself and decorated differently, some left plain, ready for you to write out the ones which are for you.
The Pack is adapted from my Wellness Box which is a product from the Sarah’s Self-Care range.
Included is a hand cut heart, locally sourced and engraved by me with an affirmation.
Also I include a tumble stone crystal as an added charm.
Photos give you examples of where you can place the cards.
All products are handmade by me in my Kinesiology clinic in Co. Laois

I am a Kinesiologist, who, during the lockdowns developed a self-care box for you, to help with your stress and general wellbeing.
You know the way most people are really stressed and mad busy, and it’s just become accepted and so big that you don’t even know how to begin to change it?
Well, I developed these boxes for self-care, filled with simple but powerful tools, information & techniques, that gives you this starting point, and guides you so that you can regain control over your life and be a better version of you.
Each box is made up by me, in my clinic in Laois. When I had my first vision of the box, I became so exited at the idea of being able to get support out to anyone who needs it, (as our clinics were closed due to the lock-downs), in a format which is simple and easy to use.
