Returns
We know you are going to love every item you receive, but also appreciate that sometimes you may wish to change your mind.

If you would like to make a return please get in contact with us [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your order. We will get in touch to make arrangements for your return with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

To make this easier and more cost effective please remember all items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent in as this will allow us to offer a full exchange / refund.

Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for breakages. We need to be informed of any issues within 5 days of you receiving your order.

Terms
Please obtain Proof of posting as we are unable to take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Unless agreed with us in advance the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
Please ensure you pack your return appropriately, any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
Personalised or custom order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

Furniture / Fragile Items
Large and more fragile items will be sent via a specialist courier where needed so we will need someone at the delivery address to receive the piece.
Collection is also available from our Granard Emporium.
Our furniture orders cost more to ship, we are happy to discuss the best possible option for you based on the Furniture size and your location.
