To prepare a Pizza Margherita follow the instructions below:
preheat your oven at 220-250C (where possible leave a baking tray inside to warm up)
take 1 pizza base;
pour in the middle of the base 85g of tomato sauce (= 1/4 cup = 5 tablespoons) and spread evenly
spread 85g (=1/2 cup) of mozzarella cheese fairly over the sauce;
place your pizza on the baking tray and cook for 5-8 minutes depending on your appliance;
enjoy your pizza!
