As our products are all hand-painted, naturally there is a lead time from order to delivery, this is to ensure the highest quality and this can be discussed at the time of order.
Typically we delivery orders within 3 business days (if they are not custom made arts).
Custom orders takes approx 1-2 weeks time.
During a busy season it may take up to 3-4 weeks but this is unusual. If you have a rush order please let us know and we will exert extra effort to try to get your order out sooner.

Our arts are guaranteed to satisfy the customer’s sales expectations. However if you are not happy with your purchase arts you may return it for a full refund (not including shipping charge).

Custom made arts are not refundable once the final result is confirmed by client. (The process of creating each custom order is discussed with the client during all stages of painting, up to the final result).

Damaged arts during the travel are fully refundable.

All refund arts must be returned in their original packaging and be in an unused condition.
All arts must be shipped back within 7 days after they are received.
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. All refunds will be processed when we receive the returned art.
