Ní Thuigimse Daoine Fásta (I don’t understand grown ups) is a book of newly composed songs and rhymes with an accompanying CD of Donegal children singing and saying the poems. Nellie Nic Giolla Bhríde spent her entire career coaching her students to success at competitions saying and singing her poems. In this collection you’ll find the very best of those poems & songs. Full of playful mischief and imagination Nellie’s poems & songs are a big hit with children. The accompanying CD includes recordings of Donegal Gaeltacht children singing the songs and saying the rhymes. Ideal for little ones learning Irish as they will learn from authentic native speakers. The music is specially composed by Nellie’s son, the acclaimed traditional musician, Doimnic Mac Giolla Bhríde.

Cannot wait to share these books and audio tracks with my two nephews, who will visit us in the Donegal Gaeltacht as much as possible from Australia and Galway, but always have access to their Mother Tongue thanks to Éabhlóid!! Grma
