On receipt of payment all items purchased will be dispatched as quickly as possible. If your item is out of stock we contact you by email. Shipping is offered through GLS Couriers at a flat rate of €6.00. Shipping can take 2 to 7 days to arrive.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on custom orders. If you are not happy with your order please email jojolawlor@hotmail.com. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged. Refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods.
