Lavender flowers & Flaxseed Eye Pillow for children for Relaxation, Yoga, Sleep aid, Headache/ Migraine management. 100% cotton pillow filled with flaxseed and lavender flowers, an unscented option is available too (Choose on ordering if you wish to have scented or unscented). The outer cotton cover is removable & washable (please make sure that the inner pillow doesn’t get wet as this would spoil the flaxseed filling). The pillow is not overly filled as this allows you to shape the flaxseed filling so that the pillow moulds perfectly to the contours of the child’s face. The pillow is slightly wider than standard eye pillows and it is not overly filled as this allows you to shape the flaxseed filling so that the pillow moulds perfectly to the contours of your face. This is a 6 week 𝙊𝙉𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙀 – live & interactive – 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙔𝙤𝙜𝙖 course. It starts on Wednesday 10th January 2024 for 6 consecutive Wednesdays. Each class runs from 8.35pm to 9.45pm. Join us from the comfort of your home, gentle movements, breathing and meditation practices that will help you unwind, find ease in the body and prepare for a good night's sleep.   The course is designed to ensure that all the practices are useful and appropriate during pregnancy. Suitable for all mums to be, from the 12th week of pregnancy onward, no previous experience of Yoga is necessary. Yoga for pregnancy is a wonderful tool to help mums to be to relieve common aches and pains experienced during pregnancy, to reduce stress and anxiety as well as prepare for labour, birth and motherhood. An added benefit is that by practising with other mums to be, you will be part of a supportive network. Using Yoga postures, breath-work, meditation and relaxation techniques, mums to be learn to connect with their inner intuition, and are provided with tools to balance, to align and to strengthen the body and mind. These live and interactive classes will be delivered via Zoom platform, only a limited number of spaces are available to guarantee individual attention and interaction amongst participants.

Sensory fabric chewing necklaces are a safe chewing option for individuals with oral sensory needs. Chewing can help calm, reduce anxiety and de-stress. It can help increase focus and attention. It can help regulate one’s sensory system. Chewing necklaces can be helpful to promote calmness and focused self-regulation in individuals wiht autism, ADHD, oral sensory processing disorders, special needs or anyone needing oral stimulation. Moreover, Sensory Fabric chewing necklaces provide a safe alternative to chewing on hands, pens, clothing or hard objects. These chewing necklaces are handmade in Lusk, Ireland. I use cotton fabric on the outside, with an extra internal layer of toweling fabric, for extra absorbency. Washable and durable, these sensory fabric chewing necklaces are made with care and attention to detail, from the choice of fabric, the designs to the velcro fastenings, which are cut with round corners to be as comfortable as possible. Each pack contains a random selection of designs, if you have a special request though feel free to get in touch and I will do my best to accomodate you. Measurements: Approximately 64cm x 3.8cm   Care Tips Whilst the fabrics that I use are of very good quality and durable, please note that more aggressive chewing may lead to faster wear and need for replacement of the sensory fabric chewing necklaces. You can wash the chewies at 40°C.  Although cotton fabric would also withstand temperatures up to 60°C, regularly washing at higher temperatures may lead to faster deterioration of the necklace, particularly of the velcro fastening. Important note Please note that this product is NOT a toy and its use should be supervised at all times. Not recommended for children under 3 years.
