Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped by An Post. Where the value of the item exceeds €50, An Post's registered, tracked service will be used.
Refund Policy
If an order is cancelled within 14 days, the cancellation must be notified by email. The item must be returned in pristine condition, in original packaging and by the same method it was dispatched (return shipping to be paid by the customer). A refund will be issued within 14 days. If an item is found to be defective or damaged, Sue needs to be notified by email (with photographs where appropriate), and a full refund will be issued. The damaged item is to be returned, at Sue's expense.

Sue’s Garden Birds calendar is so beautifully illustrated and makes a wonderful gift! I purchased this for my sons teacher and asked Sue if it would be possible to include a little note.
