Ginger Syrup range includes Natural and Spiced Ginger Syrup. Made in small batches with organic Peruvian ginger and organic raw cane sugar. Whole spices used in the making of the Spiced Syrup, so no spice powder sludge at the bottom of the bottle. Peruvian ginger is three times as strong as regular ginger root from China. Through the organic and sustainable farming steps this ginger packs a punch in any form.

Each gift box includes the following:
– 1 x Natural Ginger Syrup (300g)
– 1 x Spiced Ginger Syrup (300g)

Great ways to use my syrups are by adding on top of your breakfast like pancakes, porridge* my favourite, into tea, coffee. Maybe into that afternoon hot chocolate. Either syrups works well in sparkling water or that chilled sparkling wine, anything with bubbles works beautifully. Of course for the whiskey drinkers this is great just with the syrup added in or why not get creative and make a whiskey cocktail, like the one below.

Celtic Mule
– 50ml Jameson
– 10ml lime juice
– 10ml ginger syrup
– 100ml ginger beer
– wedge of lime
– sprig of mint
Mix together in a chilled tumbler/cocktail shaker & pour into your tall glass with ice. Garnished with a wedge of lime & a sprig of mint. Sláinte/To your health.

Refund Policy
