We really want you to be happy with your purchase and we want to give the best customer service possible.
We will reimburse any shipping costs when you return a faulty or damaged item but if it is something you have simply had a change of heart on then you will have to cover the return postage. Please return the item within 14 days of the day you received the order. Please email us to advise of the return of the order and the reason. A full refund for the item will be issued once we receive the returned goods intact. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of Face Masks ( for hygiene reasons) unless they are faulty.
