Pairing the best dark chocolate that balances the fiery crystallised ginger pieces was a joy to create. The red berry notes from the dark chocolate compliments the warming crystallised ginger pieces.

What I love about these bars is the shape of the bar is reminiscent of the Kerry Peaks that I can see from my door step. Easy to break apart the little mountain peaks of the bars and share wherever, and whoever, you are with.

The Ginger Dark Chocolate has a lovely balance of flavours with the 75% Peruvian dark chocolate that harnesses the spiciness of the Peruvian crystallised ginger beautifully. Dark chocolate have slight bitter notes that balance out the ginger spice and sweetness perfectly.

Packaging is all compostable and easy to dispose of in your own home compost or if you have a commercial compost bin service.
