If for some reason your journal/s does not arrive within 30 working days, I will offer you either a refund or a replacement journal to be sent by courier. If the original journal eventually turns up, I would ask that you return it to me. Thank you.
Orders can be collected, or I can drop to houses within a 10 km radius of my house ( except when there is a level 5 lockdown and then it will be 5km). Thank you.

Refund Policy

Orders can be returned for a refund within 14 days, assuming no damage to goods. Exchange can also be accommodated as long as no damage has been done. Thank you.
