It is available in two sizes of bag, the maxi tote or the regular tote and in two colours of black and natural.

The maxi tote is 100% organic cotton GOTS Certified premium quality 200gsm for enhanced durability tote bag. It measures 35cm x 39.5cm x 13cm with a volume of 18 litres and handles of 58cm.

The regular tote is a long handled 100% GOTS Certified organic premium 200gsm cotton for enhanced durability. It measures 38cm x 42 cm and has long handles of 70cm. The bag capacity is 10 litres.

Both can be carried by hand or on the shoulder for better comfort and are lightweight and foldable making it easy to store or carry when not in use.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipments will not occur on weekends or holidays.

We use An Post standard service which should be delivered within 5 business days of shipping within Ireland.

International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally using an post standard service. Delivery times to other countries will vary, however, there may be unprecedented delays at present due to the Covid 19 crisis on deliveries outside Ireland.

You will receive a confirmation email once your product has shipped.

Damages
Crafty Monkeys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and save all packaging material and damaged goods.

Due to the individual personalised aspect of our products we cannot offer returns on these products.

Replacement & Refunded Items
We can offer a replacement item or a refund within 7 days of you receiving the item in the unlikely event of your product being defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement item, your product must be returned at the cost to the purchaser unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us to make these arrangements.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If your refund request is accepted, any sum debited to us will be credited to your account within 30 days of your order provided that the goods are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
