Alpaca wool is warm, soft, breathable and naturally hypoallergenic. It’s smooth texture doesn’t cause skin itching or irritation. Very practical due to water repellency as well as odour and wrinkle resistance.

Delivery Within Republic Of Ireland
All orders will be delivered via AnPost Registered Parcel Delivery. Please ensure your email/mobile details are correct so that you can receive updates from
AnPost about your delivery.
Your item should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
All orders are charged a flat rate of €6.20
We offer free delivery on orders over €100 in the Republic Of Ireland
Delivery To The UK & NI
All orders to the UK and NI are charged €12.50. Please be aware that any customs or duty charges are out of our control and we cannot be responsible for them.
Please allow 4-10 working days for delivery.
Delivery To Europe
All orders to Europe are delivered within 4 -10 working days.
All orders are charged at a rate of €12.50
Delivery to New Zealand/Australia
Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

Returns Policy

Here at Avito Knitwear we hope that all our customers will love the items they bought. However we understand that sometimes it’s not going to work out.

We hope that this return policy will make the whole process easy for you.

If at any stage you have a question or need help with anything please contact us via chat button on the website.

Please note that by processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions regarding return of purchased item/s.

General return rules:

All our customers are entitled to a 14 day return period counting from a date of delivery.

Any returned item received more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted and refund won’t be processed.

Orders placed between 01st of October and 16th of December with a remark ‘Christmas Shopping’ will get a return period extended until 06/01/2022.

There is a 28 day return period counting from a date of delivery for our international customers. Any item/s returned after this period cannot be accepted and refund won’t be processed.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with all tags still originally attached.

If the returned item is deemed unfit for resale because it smells of cigarette smoke, body odour, perfume/aftershave, cooking / food or is soiled with makeup/tan, food, play-doh or anything else we won’t process a refund. Likewise, if any item has been washed in any way or damaged, we will not process a refund.

All returns must be folded and packed in the manner that it was sent to you in order to protect the item. Please take care to return the item in a condition that they are suitable for resale. All packaging and tags must be intact. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.

Although all our products have been quality checked before going into your order and by the manufacturer before we received it, there is a small possibility that the item is faulty. If that happens, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will look after you. We will offer a replacement or a full price refund after we receive back the item/s and we are reasonably satisfied that the product did not suffer damage after delivery or have not been misused or the problem is not due to normal wear and tear.

Please don’t post your package without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. The package is your responsibility therefore we advise registering your parcel as it is your responsibility to make sure it gets to us.

Once your returned item/s is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied only to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

We don’t offer exchanges at the moment. You can place a new order to get the item of your choice while it’s still in stock and return your unwanted item to us for a refund.

The returning cost is the responsibility of the customer.
