We do not accept returns of Personalised Products. Please make sure your personalisation request is correct at time of ordering as it will be printed exactly as ordered. If an item arrives damaged please contact us upon receipt of your order and we will do our best to rectify the problem asap.

Included with all our candles is a battery replaceable tea-light for safety and soft candle-like flicker making our candles ideal for a childs bedroom. In daylight they look like an abstract design but in dim light the magic happens and your image magically appears. They are so special and personal to each person.
