We may ship gifts using another carrier with or without notice.
Returns
Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your custom and personalised gift boxes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at [email protected]
Replacement Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is accepted, any sum debited to us from your credit card or Paypal account will be credited to your account within 30 days of your order provided that the goods are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If you received the incorrect item or if the item(s) if faulty or damaged, we will provide a replacement of your order. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
