Shipping costs are based on the value of your order, and in many cases we subsidise them to try and keep the delivery charges to a minimum. Any delivery charge will appear at checkout before you click to confirm your purchase. Delivery charges are based on the item or combination of items you are purchasing and the destination.
Refund Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase according to our exchange or refund policy detailed below.
To request an exchange or refund for all or part of your purchase, simply return the item/s in their original condition and packaging within 7 business days of receipt, quoting your name, email address, invoice number and contact number as well as reason for return. The original delivery charge for any order is not refundable. The new delivery charge for an exchange item will be charged at our usual shipping rates.
Please be sure to pack your items carefully for postage as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return delivery. We recommend registered post.
