Shipping Policy

We ship via registered post and will provide the tracking id once the package is shipped. Please let us know if the item is not delivered in 10 working days. If the package arrives damaged, please do not accept it and let post send it back to us. If the package was accepted (as it seemed ok), but the item seems damaged, please contact us asap with some photos of the item.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Aurora, please send it back to us in the same resalable condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund excluding shipping costs. All items will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed.
Aurora will accept returns on defective products if these are made within 12 months from the date of receipt.

It is possible to exchange the item for a different one upon arrival (e.g. if bracelet size is not fitting).
Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference. Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning the item and it is in her / his interest to use the tracked / safe shipping option, as we will not process the refund if items get lost or damaged on the way to us.

We accept returns on defective products that are returned within 12 months from the date of sale or the date of receipt. General wear and tear is not covered by the Warranty Policy. This includes damage from using liquid silver polish on the product, wearing it in pools or hot tubs, and normal fading on oxidized items. Please see our care instructions below. All items will be inspected and tested upon arrival before a refund is processed. If the delivered items are defective within a period of 12 months, you may return the product or, if the same product is still available, request for its replacement.
Please note that wearing charms by other brands on your AURORA bracelet will void the warranty.
The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of stopper charm at the opening end of your bracelet to prevent charms from falling off the bracelet when opened. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.
No independent guarantee is granted beyond the foregoing.
The rights of the consumers based on the consumer protection laws in force are not affected.
We highly recommend that customers remove jewellery before going to bed or participating in physical activity and protect it from scratches. It is also recommended that you remove your jewellery before coming into contact with water, especially in hot tubs and swimming pools. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your silver jewellery. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish.
Our jewellery should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a protective (lined) jewellery box or a tarnish-resistant pouch. It can also be stored in a plastic zip lock bag made of Mylar or polyethene. Never use polyvinyl plastic bags, such as a trash can liners as they contain sulphur compounds or rubber containers which will make sterling silver tarnish faster and possibly turn black. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom.
Our silver jewellery is treated to resist tarnishing, but sometimes they may need a quick touch-up. We recommend using a silver polishing cloth. Do not use liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidization off the charms and bracelets.
