Shipping Policy
Shipping: Is currently with An Post. Standard delivery takes 2 - 3 days from receipt of confirmed orders (received by 12.30pm), within Ireland but will take longer for Europe, USA etc. Please note at busier times of the year standard delivery can take longer. Delivery charge is 6.95. Orders placed before 1pm are shipped out that day. If for some reason you have not received your delivery please contact me by email at annecostello20@gmail.com. I will have a tracking number for all items sent with An Post.
Refund Policy
All items are inspected and packed with care, if for some reason you are unhappy with your items, please contact me at annecostello20@gmail.com . You must return items within 14 days of receipt of same and must be unused and in the same condition as received in all original packaging. An returns back to us must be paid for and tracked by you and we can not accept and responsibility or liability for it. If unsure and need clarification prior to any return please send all information by email: annecostello20@gmail.com.

Returns/Refunds: If in the case of an item being returned please ensure that you notify Precious Gifts @ annecostello20@gmail.com in advance. Any return must be made 14 days from receipt of same. All must be in the same condition as it was leaving Precious Gifts, complete and in its original packaging. Any refund due will be less the original delivery cost. You are responsible for the delivery cost of returns.
