Shipping Policy

We post with An Post using standard post, within Ireland. Free to our beautiful clients. All our gifts are tracked.
Once we take your gift to the post office it is out of our control how many days it takes to arrive. But normally it’s 1 to 2 days other than busy periods like Christmas.

Our processing times are normally 1 to 3 days , but if the item needs specific work it may take a little longer.

Refund Policy

If your lucky horse shoe is damaged we will of course refund or replace the product with the cost of standard post only.

Postage takes approx. 1-5 business days. Delays may be experienced by the postage carrier. These delays are out of our control and we can not guarantee a day for delivery.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN

Cooling Off Period
In accordance with statute and regulation, you may cancel or return your order at any time prior to delivery of the products to you and for a period of 14 days after the delivery of the products to you without any reason (cooling off period). In that event, you must notify the vendor of your cancellation and arrange to return the products to them no later than 14 days after notifying them of your cancellation. The cost of returning such goods is a matter for you the customer.

If you cancel your order, the vendor will refund to you the total amount paid by you in respect of the product together with the standard delivery charge on receipt of the goods from you, or on receipt of evidence that the goods have been returned to them, whichever is the earlier. If you have not yet received your order, then the vendor will be obliged to refund the amount paid within 30 days together with the standard delivery charge.
The vendor shall reimburse you using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.

Any personalised gifts do not qualify under the 14 day cooling off period. And there is no returns on personalised items, as they are made just for you.

Any other pieces on our website that are not personalised or made just for you do qualify for the 14 days cooling off period. But shipping is paid by you the customer, to return it to our studio. If for any reason the piece is not returned in the perfect condition it left our studio we have the right to reduce your refund or not issue at all.
All our products leave our studio beautiful packed to a really high standard and we pride ourselves for sharing good luck with every piece.
