For custom-made items, such as name necklaces, please allow an extended production time of approximately 2 weeks due to the detailed craftsmanship required and the intricacies involved in their creation.

All orders, both domestic and international, are dispatched via AnPost with tracked shipping. This allows you to monitor the journey of your package from the moment it leaves our hands to when it arrives at your door.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on your location and the shipping options you select, we offer:

- Express Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

Damages

Return Eligibility
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
You have to inform us within 7 days of delivery and ship back the product within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send your purchase back without informing us first at [email protected].
