Shipping to Ireland (including Northern Ireland):
- Standard Delivery costs €3.00 (added at checkout). It does NOT include any tracking information.
- Tracked Delivery costs €7.90 (added at checkout). This is Registered Post and includes tracking information.
- Free Shipping with Tracking is available on all JKW Jewellery orders above €100.

Shipping To United States:
- Tracked Delivery costs €12.00 (added at checkout). This is Registered Post and includes tracking information.
- Tracked Delivery for Gift Boxes costs €28.00 (added at checkout). This is Registered Post and includes tracking information.

JKW Jewellery RETURNS & REFUNDS:
- Order cancellations (on www.shopinireland.ie) can only be accepted within 2 days of a placed order - once your order is shipped out, cancellation is not possible.
- If you are not satisfied with your JKW Jewellery order, please contact us via [[email protected]] within 14 days of receiving your order - adding ‘Shop in Ireland ORDER RETURN’ in the subject line*. Please also include your Order ID, full delivery address, and cause of the return in your message.
*Including 'Shop in Ireland' in the subject line will help us in identifying your order correctly, as JKW Jewellery is also available on jkwjewellery.com AND Etsy.
- Please note, that certain jewelry cannot be returned, such as Earrings, Personalized Jewelry, Clearance & Final Sale Jewelry.
- All jewelry must be returned in an unworn condition and inside the original box. Orders that appear open and previously worn cannot be accepted.
- JKW Jewellery cannot refund any Return Shipping costs, except where the return is in our error. For your own protection, please obtain proof of postage.
- Once your order is returned, it will be inspected and our Customer Service will contact you about a refund.
- Refunds can only be made to the original account used upon placing an order.

JKW Jewellery GUARANTEE:
- All JKW Jewellery pieces come with a 6-month guarantee. In case of any damage during this period of time, please contact our Customer Service via [[email protected]]. After the 6-month period is up, a repair fee will apply.
