Black Garlic is nothing like regular garlic! It is soft, sweet, chewy and jet black throughout. Grown, aged and ripened here in Kilkee on my tiny small holding, No Harm Farm Black Garlic is created in small batches, with incredible patience and attention to detail. Loved by chefs the world over, it is used in miso soups, ramen, pasta dishes, purees, pates, casseroles, breads and any other dish where a mixture of plummy sweetness and umami depth is needed to bring the dish to another flavour level. Black garlic is known to have a host of health benefits too, from boosting the immune system, protecting the heart and cardiovascular system and even fighting cancer. Higher in protein and in bioflavanoids than regular garlic, this is an ancient superfood that’s one of the worst kept secrets of top chefs! Please note this product is a zero waste product that comes to you in minimal packaging.  It will arrive in a small brown paper bag with batch numbers stamped in eco friendly, biodegradable ink.
