Hello
thank you for taking the time to read my story. In Oct 2013 my lovely then boyfriend Tom got down on one knee in the boggy mud by a lake in the middle of Mullingar and asked me to marry him. After realizing he was in fact serious I of course said yes and then spent the next 11 months planning the wedding. We like most people these days didn't have a pot of gold at the end of our rainbow to fund this most happening event and so I set to work making and mending, creating and foraging the things I had around me to save pennies.
The first thing I ever made out of buttons was my own bouquets and corsages, I then went on to make table decorations, invitations and all manner of items for the little added extras for the wedding. My guests and their friends loved them and bit by bit asked me if I could make something for them. Of course not everybody wanted bouquets and so I've started making things that are more practical and affordable that people like to keep or give as gifts.
I love to source vintage buttons from charity shops, I love to recycle and find a home for things most people would throw away, my inspiration is nature and I'm never happier then when I'm hiking through the beautiful countryside of amazing Ireland. I hope you like my little pieces new things are being added all the time, any questions or inquires please feel free to email me I will try my best to make something special for you .
Thanks for reading
