Crystalico Art offers their customers a WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Jewellery that has been ordered will arrive securely packaged in a gift box and enclosed in a padded envelope. It will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving the order. Customer will receive a notification email upon shipping. All orders are shipped by An Post standard post service. This service DOES include insurance and tracking number and this is what vendor recommends. However, tracking number is not required, and the customer has the right to choose for the parcel to be sent without one marked as FREE SHIPPING. In that case, customer takes the full responsibility if the parcel gets lost and will notify the vendor about the issue. Customers wanting their order to be shipped to a different address have to specify that in the Note Box at the checkout. Crystalico Art cannot be held responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost in transit. International shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending on where you live. Any custom and duty fees required by the customer’s country are customer’s responsibility.
Crystalico Art is making their products to highest standards and are guaranteed to satisfy the customer’s expectations. If, for some reason, customer is not fully satisfied with the purchase, contacting us via phone, e-mail or our shop within 14 days of receiving it will make the customer eligible for a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in unused condition, undamaged and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed by the same payment method as original payment was made. Custom orders are not refundable (all custom orders are discussed with the customer during all stages of creating, showing the customer photos of the process up to the final result, when the customer needs to give the “green light” for the order to be sent). Crystalico Art does not accept responsibility for goods stolen, lost or damaged during return. Shipping costs for the returned goods are the responsibility the customer who is returning them. Crystalico Art can refund only the funds that were paid for the purchased goods and cannot refund the shipping costs that were paid by customer when placing the order. It is customers responsibility to ensure that the returned goods reach the vendor (we recommend sending the goods with tracking number), since the vendor will not be able to make a refund if the goods are not returned (if they get lost in transit).
