The inspiration for my candles comes from my youth growing up in Knockfernia, Co Limerick. Knockfernia is known as the ‘Hill of the Fairies’ with its mystical scenery it has inspired me to make candles that remind me of those days roaming through the fields smelling the hay and fresh wild flowers, these scents have evoked memories of a far away time, living in the country and having cosy evenings in drinking hot chocolate and relaxing.
Here at Fernia Candles every candle we make is hand poured in small batches with as much and care possible. From the first pour right through to labelling we ensure the quality is consistent and lovingly created.

Return Policy
DAMAGED/REJECTED GOODS: The Customer must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and are deemed to have accepted the goods unless the Customer notifies Fernia Candles that the goods are rejected within 7 days after their receipt. (This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Fernia Candles will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality to the customer and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any rejections at a later date. Where goods purchased from this shop have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are sent back together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to Fernia Candles, 55 Aisling Heights, Raheen, Limerick, Ireland. RETURNS PROCEDURE: The Customer must send all returns within 7 days of receipt to: Fernia Candles, 55 Aisling Heights, Raheen, Limerick, Ireland. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Fernia Candles before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
