If a product arrives damaged or incorrect please contact me as soon as possible preferably with a photo of the product and its packaging. We don't issue refunds for any custom product unless damaged or incorrect on delivery. Refunds will be issued on returns but buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
