Returns:

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

• If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return the original item, and we’ll send out the replacement once received. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Non-Returnable Items:

• For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings (including studs and hoops) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Custom or personalized orders are also non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

How to Return an Item:

2. Securely package your item and include your order number and name.
3. Send the item back to:

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
