This gorgeous little keepsake is made with air dry clay and is for indoor use only. It measures approx 8cm. Colour has been added using decoupage applied to the clay.
The Process: I use rolled out wet clay to 'cut' out circles onto which I use ink to stamp out the wording onto the now damp clay using my own lettering stamp. Then comes the hardest part (lol)....., waiting for the clay to thoroughly dry out - this can take anything from 2-4 days . Once dried I get to work sanding two times! - the first time is to soften the edges and get rid of any larger bumps/lumps, the second sanding is to clean up and ink that has bled and to smoothen the surface of the piece. After this I decoupage floral accents before finishing with a very light varnish to 'set' Finally its ready to package and post.
Everything I make is made by me from scratch and therefore every piece will.be unique.
These decorations come in a few various colour themes ; orange, red, purples and pinks so the one you receive may vary from those pictured.

I make each item from scratch and as such, there is a lot of time involved in each piece. Once the order is placed I generally get to work on them within 12 hours so cancellations are not always possible. I will not accept exchanges or returns on personalised items as I cannot re sell. However, in the case where your order might arrive broken I will make and send a replacement ASAP or if you prefer I will issue a full refund.
