If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Aurora, please send it back to us in the same resalable condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund excluding shipping costs. All items will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed. Aurora will accept returns on defective products if these are made within 12 months from the date of receipt. Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference. Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning the item and it is in her / his interest to use the tracked / safe shipping option, as we will not process the refund if items get lost or damaged on the way to us.
