DAMAGE/DEFECTS TO PRODUCT ON RETURN
If you return goods in accordance with the provisions of these Terms, you are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them. You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In the event that there is damage to the goods on return from you, the seller is entitled to withhold such portion of the refund due to you as is commensurate with the reduction in the value of the product by reason of the handling of the goods by you beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
REATURNING AN ORDER:
If you are making a return, the items must be in the same condition as received also the packaging and any added items that may have come with the order. Once the return has been placed and received back to the seller, the seller will inspect it to see if all products have come back in the same condition it was sent out. When the return is received and inspected and all is up to standard, you will be notified of the refund been made back the same way the purchase was placed in the first place. Refund can take up to 14 days before it appears on any bank, if there are any delays or errors with the bank it is going into, it is out of sellers hands and not the sellers responsibly.
Any return/exchange must be made within 14 days of the product received by the buyer, if it is any longer the seller has the right to refuse the return or exchange.
