Personalized & Custom Orders
Due to the custom nature of these items, personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty. This includes items with custom names, dates, monograms, engraved designs, embroidery, or bespoke artwork.
If there is an error on our part, we will gladly replace or remake the item.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

The packaging,
The damage or error.
We will then arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After work has begun on a personalized item, cancellations are no longer possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
All orders ship with tracking, but delivery times can vary due to postal delays.
We will assist in tracking the parcel, but we cannot issue refunds for delays outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
