Custom Portrait

These are painted for photographs of the person. They are painted with oil paints and are done as realistic as possible. It is a great way to pay tribute to friends/family, or as a fun present for yourself or family. They are painted on high quality canvas and last a life-time.
All you have to do is send me a few quality images of the subject. Please send the best images you have as without a proper image I may not be able to take the commission. You can upload the images here.
FAQ
How long does the painting take?
It can depend but generally a painting can be expected within 1 – 2 weeks of submission.
What do I need to send you?
All I need is a single photograph. (Although the more the merrier!)
As an artist, I always love working with good quality pictures that have great lighting. However, sometimes a person only has an old picture and I can often work with surprisingly poor photographs.
Where do you work from?
I work from my art studio in county Kerry. I send all my commissions through registered post with AnPost. Paintings are wrapped in paper, bubble wrap and put into sleeves. Delivery takes 2-3 days once painting is complete.
Can the paintings be framed?
Yes, all of the paintings are done on ¾ inch canvas. Your nearest framing shop will happily frame the canvas for you with ease.
How much?
150 euro for a standard sized portrait (14x10inch) This size is perfect for single portraits of people or animals.
For larger paintings (more than one person or pet) the cost is 200 euro.
A smaller size of 10 x 8 inch is also available for smaller portraits at 100 euro.
Do you offer refunds after I receive it?
If the painting has been damaged in any way then I offer a full refund within 2 weeks of your purchase.
If you have any more questions, comments or queries please shoot me a message.
Many thanks and much love.

Hello!
I am a kerry based, irish artist who paints portraits of people and pets and animals (mostly!)
I work with oil on canvas and often use an acrylic under-painting first.
I do commissions and original artwork, so have a browse around.
