I only offer a refund in the unlikely event the item leaves my workshop with faults. I will need a photo showing the fault, I then will gladly replace the item or give a full refund, together with my apologies. The return postage has to be paid by the Customer.
I can't be held morally responsible for any damage that occurred while the items are in transit.
Please don't leave negative reviews, contact me instead, attach a photo of the damage and I will sort the problem as soon as possible offering the ideal solution for you.
If you ordered a physical item by accident, you should cancel the order the same day, before it gets shipped and I will give you a 100% refund.
