ROSIE by Heritage, is another one of our stunning special occasion dresses using fabric that has been sourced from Japan. It has a delicate organza fabric section over the shoulders and around the neck, making it almost invisible from a distance. The body is made from our popular ‘mock silk’ with pin tucks around the waist. We then added a guipure lace flower shape panel over the top that has been hand finished with organza flowers and pearl beads.
