Complaints Procedure

If you have a problem with the service provided to you by a seller or any product which you purchase, we recommend that you submit the complaint to your seller directly via the seller page. 

  • From your order page, select your order by clicking on the eye icon.
  • Click on the product
  • From the product page, click on the store name.
  • Click Contact Seller

If the Seller does not respond to your complaint, please contact the website Support Team and we will endeavour to assist you.

For the avoidance of doubt however the matter of cancelation of the contract or any refund or dispute in respect of the product must be dealt with directly with the seller with whom you have entered into the contract for the sale of the goods.

If your complaint is not related to a purchase on the site, please email the website Support Team and we will handle your complaint and provide a resolution within 28 days of receipt of this complaint.
