If an error occurs on this end or your parcel arrives damaged and the damage is reported with pictures within 24hours, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged. Please ensure all spellings and details are correct at time of ordering as changes cannot be made once the order is finalised.
