Returns are free and easy! Simply return your item(s) to our adress for a refund or exchange. Or contact us and we will email you a returns label. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment that was used to purchase the item. Please note that certain items cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, you must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
