Lapis lazuli pendant handcrafted in sterling silver then hung on sterling silver 60cm belcher chain, the stone is 25mm in diameter.
Description
Lapis Lazuli is one of the most sought after stones in use since man's history began. Its deep, celestial blue remains the symbol of royalty and honor, gods and power, spirit and vision. It is a universal symbol of wisdom and truth.
This pendant is approx. 5cm in diameter and the stone is 25mm lapis lazuli cabochon.

My name is Kieran Cunningham.
Having worked in metal design since 1977, I have developed a unique range of handcrafted, modern Irish jewellery, with influences taken from a rich ancient Celtic heritage.
Each piece of jewellery is original in design and individually handcrafted from raw materials such as sterling silver, yellow gold, brass, copper and alpaca silver, using only a select range of hand-tools to create each piece. The hand-chiselled scroll effects and shining hammered finishes are an age-old tradition of Celtic jewellery design passed down through the centuries and now almost a thing of the past.
