- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or faulty.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
