My Mind Really Matters was created and designed by Lisa Kennedy. Lisa is an Early Childhood Educator, owner of Monastery Preschool, Clondalkin with a BA in Early Childhood Education. Throughout her studies in Early Education she became passionate about the cognitive, social and emotional development of young children and creating environments that foster independent learning and play. This journal is an extension of her work, designed to give young people a tool tool to best support their individual needs during times of transtition, challenge or simply as a coping mechanism to help navigate life's everyday challenges more easily.
