Our Vanilla beans are all sourced from small hold farmers in the Sepik region of Papua New Guinea which is now recognised as producing some of the highest quality Vanilla in the world.

These beans are Gourmet  quality and just over 6 -8 inches  in length – almost perfect in appearance, shiny straight beans, no split, no scar and very much appealing to the eye.

Normally reddish brown or dark brown to black in colour, with a high vanillin content of  3.4% with a moisture content of 30-35%.

To put in simple terms these beans are long, flawless looking and bursting with flavour!!
