Original hand painted “Dancing in the Rain” botanical art painting- unframed.
Hand painted original artwork
This is an original, one of a kind watercolour painting, drawn and hand painted by myself here in my studio in Ireland. I used a mix of watercolours, watercolour ink pencils and pen and ink to really bring the artwork to life! This whimsical painting tells the story of an adorable young ballerina mouse who loves to go out and dance in all weather -she doesn’t mind the rain as she loves to use her mushroom umbrella and put a show on for all the little bees and insects hibernating in the woods in their little homes made from glass bottles and hourglasses! 🩰🐭🩰🐭 The versatile size of this painting (8x6 inches) will fit most ready-made picture frames of your choice and it comes set in a double mount- also included is a certificate of authenticity which is signed by myself. This beautiful painting is something which is truly unique and would make a fabulous gift or addition to any room in your home!🏠( Please note, picture frame not included)

Hi, my name is Elizabeth Smith and I'm an artist living in Co. Kerry, in the beautiful south west of Ireland. Art has always been a passion of mine and each item you see here has been hand painted/created by myself. Much of my inspiration comes from the beautiful flora and fauna of Caragh Lake, where I live. I stock a wide selection of original watercolour paintings, fine art prints, handmade greeting cards and bookmarks. My desire is to share my love of the natural world around me with you and your loved ones!
