Shipping Policy:We ship with An Post Standard and Registered Post. Postage under €6.99 is is sent with standard post (no tracking) and postage €6.99 and over is sent Registered with An Post or DHL. Registered post takes apx 1-5 days with most arriving within two days. Delays may be experienced by the postage carrier. These delays are out of our control and we can not guarantee a day for delivery. Registered post is either €6.99 or €8 depending on the item, Sweet Trees generally are €8 due to size and weight.
All customers will receive an order confirmation e-mail from myself and another e-mail when it ships with full tracking details. (only shipping €6.99 and over receive tracking) The email will come from [email protected]
Processing Time: This will vary betoween products. Each product displays a processing timeframe. Personalised items can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks.
Most personalised items are processed within 1-5 days however, some items require 1-2 weeks. If something is urgent you can contact me on [email protected] and I'll confirm if the requested time frame is possible.
Returns Policy: For personalised Items the Cooling off period does not apply. There is no return/refund option should you change your mind if the product is customised or personalised. However, if your product arrives damaged or there is a fault or errors through no fault of the customer, a replacement will be offered or in some cases a refund. Cooling Off Period: In accordance with statute and regulation, you may cancel or return your order at any time prior to delivery of the products to you and for a period of 14 days after the delivery of the products to you without any reason (cooling off period). In that event, you must notify the vendor of your cancellation and arrange to return the products to them no later than 14 days after notifying them of your cancellation. The cost of returning such goods is a matter for you the customer. If you cancel your order, the vendor will refund to you the total amount paid by you in respect of the product together with the standard delivery charge on receipt of the goods from you, or on receipt of evidence that the goods have been returned to them, whichever is the earlier. If you have not yet received your order, then the vendor will be obliged to refund the amount paid within 30 days together with the standard delivery charge. The vendor shall reimburse you using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. The cooling-off period does not apply to certain purchases. Examples are: - Personalised or custom-made products. - Products with a short shelf life that spoil quickly. - Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.

My gifts are all made to order including my signature Sweet Trees. These are handcrafted in an array of colours and themes. Ordering early is recommeded but don't worry the chocolates are only added just before shipping to ensure freshness and are shipped whenever you request (usually right before your event) so it's never too early to order. Sweet Trees are best consumed within 28 days.
