Orders are dispatched within 10-14 working days for personalised items. Our courier usually takes 1-3 working days to deliver your package. Once the item has left our shop we are no longer aware of it's location. We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather.
Please note : “working days” excludes weekends and public holidays.
We do not offer returns on personalised items and if the information you have given us is incorrect we can not be held responsible for this. Please double check for any errors before placing the order. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you but you must notify us of the damage within 7 days.
