If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Aurora, please send it back to us in the same resalable condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund excluding shipping costs. All items will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed. Aurora will accept returns on defective products if these are made within 12 months from the date of receipt. It is possible to exchange the item for a different one upon arrival (e.g. if bracelet size is not fitting). Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference. Shipping costs are not refundable.
