Returns Policy – Personalised Slate Products
Because each of our slate products is custom-made and personalised to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been approved for printing.
Before any item is printed, we will send you a digital mock-up of your design for approval.

Please check this carefully for spelling, dates, images, and layout.

Once you confirm that the mock-up is correct, your item will go into production and no further changes or refunds can be made.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

Processing Time
All of our slate products are custom-made to order.
Once your digital mock-up has been approved, please allow [typically 5–7 working days] for production before dispatch.
During busy periods (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), production times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always notify you of any delays.
