All orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days through An Post Standard post.

Delivery times should be used as guidance and may vary, especially during holidays or due to weather conditions. We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@pulpko.com. We recommend including a description and photos of the damage to expedite the resolution process.

Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To Exercise Your Right to Cancel: To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this order by email to hello@pulpko.com. 

Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel an order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Return Shipping: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
