Please be aware that Memory Bears are keepsakes are not toys, and are not intended to be played with.

3 items of clothing is best for contrast.

I keep your beloved's clothing in a marked storage box with your name to ensure they are not mixed up with anyone else's.

Once ordered I will let you know when my next available date is, you will then be required to deliver/send your beloved clothing to me for said date, so I have them ready.

From this date it will then be 3-4 weeks before your keepsake(s) are returned home.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:

Something More Bears products are handmade to order and as such, are deemed as unique, which includes both design and accessory choices.

Due to the handmade bespoke nature of the goods, I sell, I would like to kindly state the following:

1. Reporting a Faulty Item

1.1 I ensure that all my products are quality control checked before dispatch. If in the unlikely event, you receive a faulty product, please ensure to contact me at mybelovedkeepsakes@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your items.

I will kindly ask for photos, before sending a returns form to fill out.

1.2 It is your responsibility to ensure I receive the item[s] back within 14 days of reporting a fault.

1.3 After receiving the item[s] back and I confirming the faulty state, I will proceed to resolve the problem by repairing the item. If this option is not possible, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

2. Reporting a Missing Item

2.1 I will recommend that clothing is sent via tracked courier.

I will not accept responsibility for any items lost.

2.2 If you are expecting an item to be delivered and it does not turn up, you must ensure to report this to me within 4 days of the due date.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

3.1 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Sale of Goods Act, I am under no obligation by law to cancel your unique order or offer a full or partial refund on a purchase, unless it has been deemed faulty.

3.2 In exceptional circumstances, it is up to the discretion of management to issue a partial or full refund.

3.3 All deposits taken at the time of securing your order are non-refundable.

3.4 I am unable to cancel orders for Sale items or discounted items.

4. Gift Vouchers, special offers.

4.1 Only 1 gift voucher can be used on any 1 item.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

4.2 Gift Vouchers must be used before the expiry date shown.

5. Returning your order

5.1 If for any reason, you need to return your order back to us, I do kindly ask that it is sent back to me in the same condition it was received in.

5.2 I recommend tracking all returned items.

My Beloved Keepsakes will not accept any responsible for the loss of clothing or returned items.
